Inmate’s death may lead to Arkansas wrongful death suit

Those allegedly responsible for an inmate’s death in an Arkansas jail a year ago have been charged with murder, but the family of the victim say they may bring an Arkansas wrongful death suit against the jail for not protecting their son, according to Today’s THV.
The incident that led to the charges and may bring about an Arkansas wrongful death suit occurred when an inmate suffered Arkansas brain injuries and died as a result.
