Rob Beard

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Rob grew up in Augusta, Arkansas, a small town in Woodruff County. After college, he went to law school at the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas. He moved to Little Rock during law school, and he has lived and practiced in Central Arkansas since he graduated.

Rob graduated law school in 2002 with honors and was an assistant editor on the law review. Since graduating law school, he has practiced in both criminal and civil areas. However, most of his career has focused in civil practice. Rob has worked in all aspects of the law prosecuting and defending criminal cases and defending and pursuing civil lawsuits. His favorite area of practice is working for injured people. When asked why, he said, “Most of my clients are in a place they never expected to be and they did nothing wrong to get there. They really need the help.” Rob uses all of his previous experience in different areas of practice when helping his injured clients.

He enjoys working at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton because the mission is to help people and put the client first. He said, “The partners have always told me it is my duty to place the client’s needs before the firm’s needs. I have always been encouraged to practice that way.” It is important to Rob that he not only does all he can to help his clients financially, but he is there for them throughout every step of the process. “At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, we are all encouraged to leave a place better than we found it, and that’s what I strive to do with all of my clients. I want our clients to know they are better because of the time we have spent together working on a resolution for the challenges they are facing.”
