Jason Owens

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Jason Owens is proud to represent his many wonderful clients. In the 15+ years of his legal career, Jason has represented dozens of Arkansas counties and thousands of their elected officials and employees, most often those in the sheriff’s offices, in more than a thousand cases across a wide range of civil litigation. “Getting to defend those who work hard, and in the case of law enforcement, literally put their lives on the line to serve their communities every day is truly an honor and a privilege. I don’t take it lightly and I do my very best to provide them with the highest quality legal representation possible,” said Jason.

Jason was raised in Arkansas and understands the values of hard work and integrity. Jason was drawn to the legal field by his desire to help others. He strives to practice law with “act justly and love mercy and walk humbly” in mind. As a long-time Rotarian, frequent professional and community speaker, and active member of Conway’s New Life Church, Jason also understands the value of community. He believes lawyers should be involved in both their professional and local communities and to use their training to try to improve the lives of those around them.

Jason finds his strength from his faith and his family. Jason and his wife, Jenny, have three daughters who are the lights of his life. “In my career, my community, my family, and my life, God has blessed me well beyond anything I could have ever expected, and certainly beyond what I deserve.”
