Arkansas Injury Attorney
Born in Little Rock to James M. “Butch” Warren and The Honorable Joyce Williams Warren (retired), Jonathan Q. Warren has called Arkansas home his entire life. He enjoys the privilege and honor of helping people in stressful situations, and he does not take this responsibility lightly.
Before coming to Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, he served Arkansans as a judicial law clerk to an Arkansas Supreme Court Justice, a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, and an Assistant Arkansas Attorney General. Warren is an active member of the W. Harold Flowers Law Society, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association, where he served as a two-term member of the House of Delegates. He is a Fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation Fellow and currently serves the Arkansas Bar as a member of the Commission on Diversity and Inclusion. Warren was recently appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson as a Special Justice to the Arkansas Supreme Court.
While serving clients at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Warren enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal and professional level and is not afraid to “fight the fight” for them. He knows that people are more alike than not alike and treats all of his clients with respect and dignity. Each day is a new challenge for Warren. He came to Rainwater, Holt & Sexton to continue serving Arkansans, and is not happy until his clients are happy!
A proud graduate of Little Rock Central High (Go Tigers!) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for both his undergraduate and law degrees (Go Trojans!), he serves his community through the Boy Scouts of America, the Historic Arkansas Museum Foundation Board as its President, 100 Black Men of Greater Little Rock, the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP), and Arkansas Access to Justice. Warren is also a Life Member of the UA Little Rock Alumni Association. He is a proud Eagle Scout (1987) and a recipient of the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (2017). You may find Warren in an Arkansas Razorbacks t-shirt on any given weekend, enjoying time with his wife and son, who is a great little soccer player.
