Lee Curry - Rainwater, Holt & Sexton

Lee Curry

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Lee Curry grew up in Sheridan, Arkansas, and graduated as co-valedictorian of Sheridan High School in 2007. After high school, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2011 and a Juris Doctorate in 2014, both from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Although he and his wife Lyndsey both hail from Sheridan, they currently live in Bryant, Arkansas, with their three young children.

Lee is licensed to practice law in all Arkansas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Outside of court, he volunteers his time and energy to multiple professional associations to help promote access to the courts, the fair administration of justice, and the advancement of the legal profession. He is a proud member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. In 2018, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association recognized him as the Outstanding Member of the Young Lawyers Division. In 2022, he was appointed to the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Committee on Civil Practice by then-Chief Justice Dan Kemp, on which he served until his term expired in 2025.

Today, at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Lee focuses his practice on helping auto accident victims and their families overcome the challenges they face after being injured in a car crash. He says that his favorite aspect of the job is the opportunity to forge genuine relationships with his clients that endure long after their cases are closed.
