Matthew Hutsell

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Matt Hutsell grew up in Searcy and loves making central Arkansas his home. Matt chose to study law because he saw it as an interesting profession where he could do many different things, and help people. Initially he did not plan to practice in personal injury but gravitated there because he enjoyed helping different people in each case and the feeling of accomplishment when a case successfully resolved. Matt knows an injured client is usually going through a tough time and is unable to work and the medical bills are piling up. They need to know things will be taken care of, and he enjoy taking on that challenge.

Matt likes to make sure each client understands what we’re doing and why. He tells clients there are ways to use the different coverages of auto insurance, health insurance, and negotiating medical bills to maximize what a client can recover. It is important to be available to each client, advocate for getting the best recovery possible, and to be honest.

Matt has been at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton since it began. “I chose to work here because of the work atmosphere—family is important. We do things the right way and provide the best service possible,” he says.  Rainwater, Holt & Sexton does it’s best to provide excellent legal representation while providing excellent customer service.

Outside of work you will usually find Matt outdoors with his family fishing, playing golf, or duck hunting. Central Arkansas has so much to offer outdoors, any time of year, and Matt enjoys taking advantage of it. He and his family attend Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock.
