Trace Fryar

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Trace Fryar was born and raised in Arkadelphia, where he graduated from Arkadelphia High School. He remained in his hometown to attend Ouachita Baptist University, where he completed his undergraduate degree in finance.  Upon graduating from Ouachita, Fryar went on to obtain his law degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.  While in law school, Fryar had the opportunity to clerk for law firms in both Arkadelphia and Conway and to serve in the Bowen School of law clinical program, gaining experience in client service.

Throughout his academic career, Fryar developed a desire to help people with his life’s work.  His approach to the law is grounded in his motivation to positively impact the lives of those around him and provide value to his family, friends, and especially his clients.

Growing up in Arkansas, Fryar was familiar with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, and their reputation of effectively advocating for clients who come to them in some of the most disruptive and tragic circumstances.  He is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a firm that is committed to serving others in times of need.

When he is not at work, Fryar enjoys spending time with his wife Sydni and his family and friends. He can be found exploring Arkansas’ many beautiful lakes, floating its rivers, golfing, and hiking.
