Will Dawson
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Will Dawson was born and raised on a cotton farm in Phillips County, Arkansas. Growing up in the Arkansas Delta, he learned the value of hard work and perseverance early in life. He graduated as valedictorian of his class at Barton High School and went on to attend the University of Arkansas on the Chancellor’s Scholarship, earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
After graduation, Dawson went back home to Phillips County, where he continued farming until 2015. Over time, he felt called to a new career path, one that would give him a better opportunity to help others and interact with the community. This led him to pursue a law degree at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law.
After earning his law degree, he was admitted to practice law in Arkansas. Dawson then worked at Wallace, Martin, Duke & Russell, PLLC, where his practice included criminal and traffic defense, wills and trusts, landlord/tenant issues, and contract law. He also briefly practiced family law with Arkansas Family Law.
Dawson was drawn to work at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton because of their strong presence in Arkansas and their reputation as a client-focused firm.
He is passionate about advocating for those who have been injured, disabled, or lost loved ones due to the negligence of others. At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Dawson is dedicated to helping Arkansans navigate the challenges that follow traumatic events.
Dawson is married and the proud father of four children. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and golf, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, and livestreaming his children’s baseball and softball games.
