2014 Arkansas Heroes Celebration Recognizes Little Rock Law Firm Staff Member

February 10, 2014

Helping others is important to the Arkansas Personal Injury Attorneys with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, and one of our team members was recently recognized by the American Red Cross for their actions.

The 2014 Arkansas Heroes Celebration was held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29th in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas. The event was held to honor certain citizens who had saved a life or protected others from danger.

During the luncheon, a staff member from the law firm of Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Phillip Guinee, was given the Good Samaritan Hero award for his work in helping others. His father, standing by his side, was also given the award.

During the event, Skip Rutherford, Dean of the University of Arkansas Clinton School Of Public Service, was presented as the eleventh recipient of the Clara Barton Distinguished Humanitarian of the Year award.

All proceeds from the event would be used to provide funding for local emergency disaster response. The money raised will also be used to provide military service members with emergency communications to family back home in Arkansas.

The attorneys with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton would like to commend Phillip for his hard work in giving back to others. The firm also encourages citizens to stay up to date with what we are doing to help others by regularly visiting the Community Involvement section of our webpage.
