Arkansas truck accident could lead to Arkansas Worker’s Compensation case

Unfortunately, one mechanic who was working on a truck died as the result of an Arkansas truck accident that occurred when he was working on the truck’s brakes, according to Today’s THV.

Authorities at a weigh station on U.S. 71 would not let the truck on the road until the brakes were repaired, but while the 59-year-old mechanic repaired the brakes, the truck fell on him.
