Best Places to Work

We want to be the best at all we do. We work hard for our clients and work to be known as the best lawyers. We also want to be the best we can for the community and our employees. That is why it’s an honor to be named a finalist for the Arkansas Business Best Places to Work award. This is the fourth year in a row we have been added to the list. This validates the intentional work we have done to institute a strong, positive, progressive company culture.

We’ve won several awards voted on by our peers and our fellow Arkansans and we are deeply honored. From the being named the Best of the Best in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, being a US News and World Reports Best Law Firm, or having an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for many of our attorneys, all of those awards are a validation of sorts. However, an Arkansas Business Best Places to Work is different.

This isn’t an arbitrary popularity contest; the finalists are selected after an extensive survey and interview process. The study includes both questions for the employer and the employees. The answers are compiled and scored, and companies that score high enough are named a Best Places to Work finalist.

Our employees are happy, and we are thankful that they enjoy their work. We are consistently working on improvements and surveys like this help us continue that improvement. A happy team results in excellent client service. Our ultimate goal is making sure our clients know they are number one and that we are working hard for them. This award shows we are on the right path, but we can’t stop. As we grow it’s even more important to keep our company culture among the best.
