Tommy Norman and the Mission Give Foundation

North Little Rock Police Officer Tommy Norman is well known around Arkansas. He is known for the positive impact he makes in his community policing efforts. After using social media to showcase the community, he garnered national attention and support. The support helped him create the Mission Give Foundation. Its goal is to build bridges, break barriers, and mold inner city youth. He carries the mission through back to school drives, granting wishes, education, town hall events, and many other events to build relationship with those inside the community. Norman does a fantastic job of giving his time, both on the job and off, to build relationships with kids in his community. Many of these kids often do not have a role model in their life.
