Eric Eggburn

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Eric Eggburn was born and raised in Sheridan, AR, and graduated from Sheridan High School in 2010. After graduating, he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he pursued bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and in Criminal Justice. He was then admitted to the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville where he earned his juris doctorate with honors in 2017. Eric now practices in Springdale but handles cases all over the state.

Out of law school, Eggburn worked for one of the preeminent litigation defense firms in the state, Munson, Rowlett, Moore, & Boone, P.A. He learned the complex insurance defense industry handling cases involving car wrecks, tractor-trailer accidents, and other insurance matters. Eggburn believes his knowledge and experience defending issues and cases for insurance companies can only benefit his clients at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton as he knows their playbook and strategies.

While working on the defense bar, Eggburn continually opposed Rainwater, Holt & Sexton attorneys in cases, and, after leaving the defense bar, his exposure to the other Rainwater, Holt & Sexton attorneys made him want to join the firm. Eggburn believes in Rainwater, Holt & Sexton’s core values of Service, Ethics, and Excellence, and wants to be the best legal resource for his clients and the people of the GREAT state of Arkansas.

Outside of work, Eric spends time with his wife, Mary, and 4 year old son, Wesley, exploring all NWA has to offer. Eric and family are members of CrossChurch where he serves on the parking team.
