Jennings Morgan has called Arkansas home his entire life. He was born and raised in North Little Rock and is a proud graduate of Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Jennings returned to Little Rock where he received his Juris Doctorate from the Bowen School of Law.
After law school, Jennings served as a judicial law clerk for Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Tim Fox before going to work as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his time as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he advocated for victims of Pulaski County and litigated a wide range of felony cases, including homicides, aggravated robberies, and sexual assaults.
Jennings realizes the importance of giving every client he represents the required attention they deserve in order to achieve a resolution that is fair for them. He will be a zealous advocate for those who entrust him as their attorney. His drive to help those who have fallen victim to circumstances through no fault of their own is what brought him to Rainwater, Holt & Sexton.
In his free time, Jennings enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and exploring all that Arkansas has to offer, rooting on the Razorbacks, and spending time with his wife, and their two sons. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
