Meredith Moore
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Meredith Moore was born and raised in Memphis, before coming to Arkansas to attend Hendrix College. In 2025, Hendrix awarded Meredith with the prestigious Alumni Odyssey Medal for Service to the World. After earning her undergraduate degree, she relocated to Little Rock to pursue her Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. For the entirety of her time in law school, Meredith worked as a trial court assistant for a Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge gaining invaluable experience for her future work as a trial lawyer.
Following graduation, Meredith joined the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she served as a prosecuting attorney. In that role, she focused primarily on felony cases involving child abuse and sexual assault.
Driven by a desire to advocate for victims in a different capacity, Meredith transitioned into personal injury law—representing individuals who have been harmed by others due to negligent and reckless conduct. Meredith is experienced in representing clients who have been victims of sexual abuse, particularly due to a lack of corporate accountability.
“I knew Rainwater, Holt & Sexton was the firm for me because of their deep commitment to helping clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives,” Meredith said. “My goal is to provide each client with personalized attention and achieve the best possible outcome, whether through litigation and trial or through a settlement.”
Meredith is passionate about both her work and her community. She currently serves as President of the Pulaski County Bar Foundation and is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Arkansas Bar Association. She is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. Meredith works with several Anti-Trafficking Advocacy Groups in Arkansas. Meredith is also an Honorary Commander for the Little Rock Air Force Base.
