Pathway to Freedom

Reintegrating back into society after incarceration can leave one filled with anxiety, nervousness, and a sense of confusion of where to begin. Pathway to Freedom, a Christ-centered, holistic, faith-based, value-based organization helps those inmates with that transition. An 18-month pre-release and post release program helps change the mindset and change the hearts of those being released. Equipped with the tools to be successful with social and civic responsibility, PTF works to help those find employment, reconnect with families, and connect with services in their community to help reduce the recidivism rate, thus giving inmates a 2nd chance of life. We are very honored to announce Pathway to Freedom as this month’s Difference Maker Award by the way they are changing lives and families from the inside out.
