Recycle Bikes for Kids

Recycle Bikes for Kids has distributed over 20,000 bikes back into the community since its inception in 2008. They collect bikes through individual donations, community-based bike drives, and scrapyard donations. Volunteers fix and shine the bikes to make them ready for their next adventure. They are free to kids under 16! People over 16 years and older can obtain a bike through our “Earn-a-Bike” Program which requires them to volunteer a set number of hours before choosing a bike to fix for themselves. Rainwater, Holt & Sexton has awarded them the Difference Makers award and a donation!
