Got Your 6ix Project

Andrea Fisher is well known in the military community. As someone who has several military family members, she herself works a government job that helps Gold Star families. One major accomplishment was her involvement in getting the Gold Star Families Memorial brought to the state capitol. Because of her robust involvement, she found herself as a finalist for the National Military Spouse of the Year. Andrea volunteers with a myriad of military organizations, including Got Your 6ix Project. Their mission is to financially assist and advocate for law enforcement agencies, fire departments, veterans, and active duty service members by holding local fundraisers and selling apparel. Because of their dedication to all service members, we are awarding this month’s Saluting Heroes Award to the Got Your 6ix Project.
