Bob Sexton
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Bob Sexton is a founding partner of Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Arkansas’s largest personal injury law firm. Since helping establish the firm in 2006 alongside Mike Rainwater and Stephen Holt, Bob has played a key role in its growth from a small team of attorneys and staff into a statewide powerhouse with more than 40 attorneys and over 125 team members dedicated to helping injured Arkansans.
A lifelong Arkansan, Bob grew up in Lonoke and earned his undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University before receiving his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. For decades, he has represented individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult challenges, helping clients navigate complex legal matters and stand up to powerful insurance companies.
Known for his practical approach and unwavering commitment to fairness, Bob believes every Arkansan deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of clients pursue justice and secure the resources needed to move forward after serious injuries.
Beyond his legal practice, Bob is deeply invested in serving his profession and community. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and has held leadership roles with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the William H. Bowen School of Law Alumni Association, the Ouachita Baptist University Higginbotham School of Business Board, and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Ouachita Baptist University.
When he is not advocating for clients, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and sharing Arkansas’s rich outdoor traditions with his family.
