NLRPD Shop with a Cop
We love anytime we are able to work with Arkansas law enforcement. Through our years representing Arkansas counties we have gotten to know so many great law enforcement officers, that is why we were so excited to be able to recognize the North Little Rock Shop with a Cop program as this month’s Victory Over Violence Difference Makers. The program, that is over 10 years old, provides officers with a chance to be out in the community to help those in need with Christmas shopping. It provides a great opportunity for children and families to get to know officers as well pick out gifts for the Christmas holidays.
The Difference Makers award is in conjunction with the Victory Over Violence campaign launched by KARK Channel 4 and Fox 16. Once a month, Rainwater, Holt & Sexton presents a $1,000 donation to an organization fighting violence in the community and has established themselves as a true Difference Maker. The partnership goal is to create a safer Central Arkansas by uniting community groups promoting change through improvements in education, jobs, mentoring, and hunger.
