Vine and Village

Vine and Village is an extension of Mosaic Church in Little Rock. Located on South University, the church saw a need in the community and Vine and Village was created 9 years ago to meet that need. The 72204 zip code has many needs according to executive Director Paul Kroger. One main need Vine and Village meets is food insecurity. Their food pantry, The Orchard, is the largest in the city. They also operate Fresh 2 You, a mobile grocery bus that takes fresh produce and meats to the food deserts in the city. It’s not just about food. They also work with children through their Aviators Academy, which is focused on helping kids learn and become self-starters. There is also the CPR Chess Club, which teaches kids chess, but more importantly teaches them about healthy competition and provides them with mentors. Vine and Village also has a program called Extended Family that helps care for the disabled in the community. Vine and Village is working hard to improve the quality of life for those in the 72204 zip code and continue to evolve by adding quality programs. They are truly a Difference Maker.
