Back the Blue 176

Rainwater, Holt & Sexton commends the work of Back the Blue 176 to establish relationships within the community of Hot Springs. The goal of the Hot Springs Police Department, through Back the Blue 176, is to build rapport with citizens as it changes the perception of police. They acknowledge the change begins with them and are investing in a laser shot simulator to help train, not only their own officers but other police departments as well through simulated real-life situations. They are selected as a Saluting Heroes Award winner for their outstanding work to make their hometown a safer place.
