Daniel Hall
Arkansas Personal Injury Attorney
Daniel Hall grew up in the small southwest Arkansas town of Nashville. He attended Nashville High School where he was active in the school band program. After graduating from high school, he went to college at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway where he studied philosophy, largely on the advice it could be beneficial for law school. Following graduation from UCA, Hall spent some time working in the tire and automotive industry – first as a service adviser with a company open to the general public, then at a tire wholesaler selling tires to tire shops.
While working at the tire wholesaler, Hall decided to continue his education and enrolled in law school in the part-time program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law. He continued to work full-time throughout his law school career and later graduated Cum Laude.
He was drawn to Rainwater, Holt, and Sexton both because of their dedication to the community as well as hearing about positive experiences that members of his own family had with the firm. Hall has often said that there are a few similarities between being a lawyer and working at an automotive repair shop – no one comes to see you because they want to, they come to see you because they need help, and they want to deal with someone they can trust.
When he is not at the office, Hall enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and extended family.
