Danielle Robertson

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Danielle Elders Robertson was born at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, but has lived in Arkansas since she was an infant. She says that her heart is still in Northeast Arkansas, where she loves spending time with both her family and her in-laws, but she loves the small-town feel with city amenities that Little Rock offers.

Danielle was one of those students that always enjoyed going to school and learning new things. She would likely have been described by most people as quiet, and often surprised people with her interest in theater and acting. That led her to a degree in theater and English, which she used to teach high school. However, she still wanted to learn more and try to help more people. This led her to law school.

It can be easy in today’s world to let people be a number, and part of being an effective advocate is to remember that each client is different, and each situation is unique. Rainwater, Holt & Sexton provides a good framework of training and support for their attorneys, which allows the attorneys to do their best work for the clients.

As an educator, her favorite part was the lightbulb moment, when a student would suddenly understand a complicated problem—this all makes her day with clients. Working through difficult issues with clients and alleviating stress is very gratifying.

While her practice and clients keep her busy, Danielle still stays involved with local theater, by volunteering backstage with the Weekend Theater currently. She also volunteers for the Arkansas High School Mock Trial competition every year, and was on the planning committee. However, the majority of her “free” time is spent with her husband and their cat and three dogs.
