John Miller

Arkansas Injury Attorney

John Miller grew up outside of Memphis, Tennessee. With his family roots here in Arkansas, he grew up an avid Razorback fan. So it was no surprise when he left Memphis to attend the University of Arkansas, where he received his B.A. in Psychology. He later returned to Fayetteville for law school, where he graduated with his J.D. and has been practicing law since 2013.

John is passionate about helping others, counseling people through difficult decisions, and resolving problems, which is exactly what drew him to becoming an attorney. At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, that is exactly what he does–advocating for Social Security Disability benefits for clients or navigating them through the difficult waters to resolve personal injury claims.

John prides himself on taking the time to understand the needs of his clients and doing all that he can to ensure those needs are met. He approaches every case with enthusiasm and a desire to take care of his clients. The best reward for him is when he can truly feel the difference he has made and when his work has made a lasting impact on each of his clients lives.

In his spare time, John is very involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He and his family have a very personal connection to the disease and the Foundation. He is actively involved in a number of their fundraising events throughout the year, and he was privileged enough to act as Event Chair of their Taste of the Finest event in 2018. John also enjoys getting out in the beautiful Arkansas weather, whether it be playing golf or traveling down for a weekend on the lake in Hot Springs. When the weather isn’t cooperating, he can usually be found playing his guitar. He also enjoys going back to Fayetteville as often as he can to support the Razorbacks.
