Katie Hinojosa

Arkansas Personal Injury Attorney

Katie Hinojosa has called Arkansas home for her entire life. She was raised in Monticello and moved to Jonesboro to attend Arkansas State University. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, Katie moved to Little Rock where she received her Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

After law school, Katie went to work as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During her six and a half years as a Prosecuting Attorney, she has litigated a wide variety of felony cases in the circuit, district, and juvenile courts but spent most of that time advocating for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Pulaski County.

Katie enjoys working at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton because of their dedication to clients and the community. She has dedicated her life to helping those that have been through difficult or tragic events and can help you navigate a complex and intimidating legal system.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. She likes to read, complete DIY projects, and spend time with friends.
