Arkansas Injury Attorney
Randal Hobbs grew up in Monticello, Arkansas and moved to Little Rock to purse advancement in his military career after graduating from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Randal became an infantry instructor and drill sergeant for the Arkansas National Guard shortly after his move to Little Rock. His superior leadership abilities resulted in his receiving a direct commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Aviation branch. Randal attended flight school at Ft. Rucker, Alabama, where he graduated as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot. Randal still serves Arkansas as an Aviation Officer where he holds the rank of Major and is a Pilot-in-Command.
On his third military deployment, Randal decided to pursue his law degree. He enjoys a challenge and viewed law as a way to belong to a profession where he could continue to fight for his fellow Arkansans. His military service gives him a deep since of loyalty to the citizens of his home state. Randal said, “I will fight for each client with the same drive and commitment I have when serving them in the military, it’s just what I do.”
Randal was drawn to personal injury law after being on the receiving end of a denial by his own insurance company. Randal saw first-hand the unscrupulous methods the insurance company used to deny his claim. He was certain that he wanted to use his new legal skills to ensure he could help protect others from becoming victims of powerful and wealthy insurance companies. “I do not want to see any of my clients treated the way I was treated,” he said.
Since becoming a personal injury attorney, Randal ensures all his client have a fighting chance when dealing with insurance companies that want to downplay the negligence of another party. Randal believes that working with his clients as a team is the best way to achieve victory. He always takes time to ensure each client understands the legal process and the role of both the attorney and the client. He can achieve more when his clients understand that they are in this together.
Randal chose Rainwater, Holt & Sexton due to their superior reputation in the legal community and the exceptional work atmosphere. The senior partners are committed to supporting the attorneys and staff—and that’s what makes this firm the best law firm in Arkansas. He believes Rainwater, Holt & Sexton goes above and beyond to educate, train and equip members of the firm to be the best in the legal field—and it shows by the results achieved for clients.
